Our office follows strict sterilization and infection control protocols that meet or exceed the recommendations of the American Dental Association (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Every sterilizer is routinely monitored with biological spore testing through an independent laboratory to verify that our sterilization systems are working properly. Our team receives ongoing training in infection prevention and patient safety to ensure every visit is as safe as possible.

Dr. Ortale's commitment to infection control began during his service in the United States Air Force, where he served as the Infection Control Officer for the Sembach Air Base Medical and Dental Clinics in Germany. That experience continues to influence the high standards our practice follows today.
