Dr. Kevin Ortale is a trusted family, cosmetic, and restorative dentist with more than 28 years of clinical experience serving patients throughout Phoenix, North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and the surrounding Arizona communities. Known for his gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Dr. Ortale believes every patient deserves personalized care in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Dr. Ortale knew he wanted to become a dentist as early as the fourth grade. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1997.
Following dental school, Dr. Ortale completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska while serving in the United States Air Force. This intensive postgraduate training provided advanced experience in comprehensive dentistry, complex restorative procedures, cosmetic treatment, oral surgery, and patient care. His military service also gave him the opportunity to live in Germany before making Arizona his home in 2000.
After practicing in Scottsdale, Dr. Ortale founded his own Phoenix dental practice in 2003. Since then, he has built a reputation for providing comprehensive dental care that combines advanced technology with individualized treatment planning. He continually invests in continuing education to stay current with the latest techniques in cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, digital dentistry, minimally invasive treatment, and facial esthetics.
